Yes! Classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
Do I have to be flexible to practice yoga?
You don't need to be flexible to do yoga. Over time and regular practice you will likely gain flexibility as well as strength, balance and mindfulness.
What to bring to a class?
All equipment is provided however please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing which allows for free movement.
